Kingbayler at Curtin Bandroom Fri Oct 30

l_87b0f76a1b88497ba494d6c319087b54Kingbayler launch their long awaited new EP Bleary Eyed Boys And Girls this Friday October 30 at the John Curtin Bandroom. The first in a trilogy of EPs to be released over the next 12 months, Bleary Eyed Boys And Girls is the first recording Kingbayler have released since their move from Sydney to Melbourne, and follows on the sold out printing of their independently released debut album Sections.

Moving to Melbourne soon after the release of Sections, Kingbayler have maintained their driven work ethic, playing at a variety of venues including the Corner, the Espy, the Evelyn and the East Brunswick Club. As well as working on writing and recording a stockpile of new original Kingbayler songs, the boys (Paul Instance, Tim Cannon, Mark Leahy and Adrian van Lieshout) have also played with a variety of local acts including the Twoks, Jessica Paige, Goodbye Motel, The Object Lesson, 2Up and Sam Clark, whilst Tim Cannon has established himself as a solo artist.

The lads will now focus their full attention on Kingbayler, and are eagerly awaiting the launch of their new EP at the Curtin on Friday October 30. They will be supported on the night by dirty pop rockers Loverevolutuion and Red Rockets of Borneo. Come join Kingbayler as they punch out tunes new and old, and punch a few beers to boot.
